Pay Rate: OPEN RATE (Non-benefitted W2 Contract, C2C or Fully benefitted Contract)

• Project Management Skills

• Proactively manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk for assigned projects, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and impact
• Maintain up-to-date project data in Planview and project management tools, ensuring seamless tracking and execution
• Develop metrics to enable success and ensure progress is communicated regularly to key stakeholders and leadership

• Communication and Collaboration

• Work across complex enterprise cross functional teams, especially infrastructure teams build relationships and ensure alignment from start to finish
• Craft compelling, executive-level communications that tell the story of project progress, challenges and wins

• Act as the Project Lead

• Drive powerful engagement, from daily standups to executive-level presentations, to rally and align stakeholders
• Prepare for and conduct reviews (i.e. Checkpoint Gated Process)
• Identify roadblocks early, remove impediments, and escalate critical issues before they impact project success

• Owns and develops operational goals
• Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems
• Works to influence others and communicates with executive leadership
• Drive execution

• Direct team to fulfill organizational demand and to resolve issues to ensure goals and requirements are met

• Be proactive

• Manage complex business and customer partnerships and demand

• Realize value

• Provide and analyze project team resource allocation and budget forecasts
• Coordination of key activities that impact project metrics and outcomes
