You'll lead performance-focused search initiatives, optimize user journeys, and help drive measurable results across search engines and digital channels.

Ideal candidates bring technical and content SEO skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure that all efforts align for maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, gap analysis, and competitive reviews to uncover new opportunities.
  • Monitor SEO campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations backed by analytics.
  • Optimize site architecture, metadata, internal linking, and other key on-page elements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented on new and existing websites.
  • Partner with content strategists to align SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed on algorithm changes, industry trends, and the evolving impact of AI on search behavior.

Digital Marketing & Integration
  • Ensure SEO strategies are integrated with broader digital marketing initiatives, including content, paid media, and email.
  • Analyze user journeys and web behavior to recommend UX and CRO improvements.
  • Utilize data and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to support campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Assist with website audits, recommending improvements based on data and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-account service, project managers, writers, designers, and developers-to deliver seamless solutions.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a portfolio of measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including site audits and link-building.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
  • Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Strong writing and proposal skills to support recommendations and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bonus: Experience working with development teams and digital marketing tools/platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing automation).

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and ROI.
  • Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including audits, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective; able to collaborate with developers on technical implementation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft SEO recommendations and contribute to proposals.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams (content, dev, design, account service) to support integrated digital strategies.
