RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client with an urgent need for a Server Admin II/App Support Engineer with a well established Financial Services Client in Anaheim, CA. This is a contract to hire opportunity and requires 1 day in office per week.
Summary:
In this role, the Server Admin II/Application Support will work in a primarily Microsoft Servers environment and provide high-level planning and coordination for the development, troubleshooting, implementation, and configuration of all aspects of our client's client server applications. A core focus of this role is application support - setting up, managing, and resolving issues in applications that operate in a client server architecture (IIS Web Server & SQL Server Backend).
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of Client Server Applications running on SQL/IIS Web Server
* VMWare Virtualization & VMWare Horizon (VDI) - should be able to deploy, configure VDI Pool - assign users, update base emails, etc. without any downtime or interruption to users
* MS Windows Server & Active Directory experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
