IAM Engineer Manager

In pursuit of an IAM Manager position? Join an advancing manufacturing company in Pennsylvania, where the security team is expanding. They need a Principal IAM Engineer to conceptualize, build, and implement IAM solutions for their security organization due to continuous growth. They need someone with previous management experience to hit the ground running.

As the Principal IAM Engineer Manager, you'll deploy IAM to enhance security, collaborate with diverse teams to assess their environment, and devise strategies for integrating an IAM tool of your choice. Proficiency in MFA controls and tools, coupled with a strong understanding of cloud environments, is necessary. This fully remote position welcomes candidates from any U.S. location. While the company is based in PA, individuals in the Hershey area can choose to work on-site. Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years' experience in IAM or related security field
• 3 years previous management experience
• Previous leadership experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant certs (CISSP, CISM, ect.)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or relate field

• 70% IAM planning and configuration
• 30% design and road-mapping
