Job Details

Duties:
We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to support our compensation team during a critical period. This role will focus on conducting market analyses, supporting pay planning initiatives, and managing compensation-related projects. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual pay planning processes, including data validation and reporting.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of compensation recommendations and salary structures.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent and equitable pay decisions.
Manage and track project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
Provide support for various compensation projects
Ensure data integrity in compensation systems and generate compensation reports as needed.

Skills:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
Demonstrated experience with market analytics and compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW).
Experience supporting pay planning processes, including merit or incentive cycles.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured timeframe.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate compensation environment.
Familiarity with pay transparency and compliance best practices.
