We are looking for a ETL/DW Automation Tester for our client in San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX
Job Title: ETL/DW Automation Tester
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for cloud-based applications and ETL/dw solutions.
- Coordinate and supervise the testing team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality test automation solutions.
- Develop and implement automation scripts for testing cloud services and ETL/dw processes.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify areas for test automation and improvement in testing processes.
- Monitor and evaluate test results to identify defects and performance issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in cloud testing and ETL/dw automation to enhance testing procedures.
- Proficiency in cloud automation testing tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or Cypress.
- Strong experience in ETL/dw automation tools like Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
- Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or SQL for automation purposes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing challenges efficiently.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
