Job Title: Actimize IFMX Lead
Location: Raleigh or Atlanta (2-3 days onsite)
Experience: 14 years
Here are some suggested pre-screen questions that can be asked during the initial screening:
1. Have you worked directly with NICE Actimize IFM? If yes, which modules and what was your role?
2. If not IFM, what other Actimize modules have you worked on?
3. Can you describe your hands-on experience (e.g., rule creation, alert workflows, production support)?
4. Are you comfortable picking up new solutions like IFM if needed?
5. Are you able to clearly explain past projects and your contributions?
Must Haves:
Firstly, there are two must-have criteria that candidates need to meet. They should either have hands-on experience with NICE Actimize IFM (any module like Deposits, Wires, ACH, etc.), which is preferred, or possess strong Actimize experience in other solutions (e.g., SAM, CDD) with a willingness and aptitude to learn IFM quickly.
Additionally, it's important that candidates have good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain their roles and responsibilities. They should also have proven experience in troubleshooting, production support, or configuration.
Summary:
- Over 7+ years of development experience in Actimize Suite IFM, with AIS and RCM customization
- Hands-on development experience with Actimize features AIS 4.x, RCM 5.x/ActOne
- Proficiency in RCM development, including Alert Views, Types, DART, Workflows, and Administration
- Implementation experience with ActOne and IFM-X, covering overall installation, configuration, and coding within Actimize modules
- Extensive experience with writing and managing complex SQL server queries
