Technical Product Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Contract: W2 only, 11+ month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $60 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview
This role involves understanding existing processes and their impact on end customers, creating new approaches, and working closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. The candidate must be able to interpret customer behavior and needs into product requirements, with the ability to delve into technical considerations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create product requirements from initial concept through delivery
  • Understand existing processes and their impact on end customers

  • Translate customer behavior and needs into detailed product requirements

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product requirements and ownership
  • Ability to understand and analyze existing processes
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and needs
  • Technical proficiency to dive into technical considerations as needed
  • Experience working with large organizations and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating and managing product requirements from concept to delivery
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches based on customer insights
  • Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Technical background to support technical considerations in product development
