Job Details
Must have:
- Azure Service Bus is not a current priority.
- Candidates are lacking basic .NET API knowledge, especially around:
- RESTful API fundamentals
- Backend integration concepts
- Many are missing a clear understanding of how to connect backend systems to front-end clients.
Role Focus:
- Heavy backend integration with:
- External vendors
- Internal systems
- Databases
- Hosted in Azure Cloud, but also includes on-prem components.
What to Look for Moving Forward:
- Strong foundational knowledge of .NET and RESTful APIs
- Ability to think clearly through basic coding tasks and demonstrate logical problem-solving
- Experience with backend system integrations
- Comfort working in cloud and hybrid environments
- Less emphasis on Azure Service Bus; more on practical integration experience
