Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact technology initiatives in our Plano, TX office. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver complex, cross-functional programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in managing enterprise-scale technology programs, and the ability to drive execution through structured planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Experience in finance or automotive domains will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with business and engineering goals.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new technical capabilities.
Break down complex challenges into actionable workstreams and manage execution timelines.
Develop and implement scalable processes, mechanisms, KPIs, and metrics to ensure consistent and predictable program delivery.
Drive cross-functional synchronization of program milestones, ensuring business and customer objectives are met.
Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
Balance business priorities with technical constraints while maintaining transparency and accountability.
Influence both short-term and long-term product and technical strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage program intake and prioritization, triaging new requests and ensuring timely task tracking and completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of progressive professional experience, including at least 8+ years in software development and 4+ years of hands-on program management.
Proven ability to lead large-scale, customer-facing technology programs from planning through delivery.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated success in driving collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and operations.
Experience defining and executing technical roadmaps with a focus on delivery, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in the financial services or automotive industries.
Background in managing engineering teams within product-driven organizations.
Experience delivering SDKs, CX frameworks, or SaaS products.
Exposure to machine learning or generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing programs deployed on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or other cloud platforms.
