Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect (10+ years) who can lead architecture strategy, governance, modernization, and technology transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal consultant will be responsible for defining multi-year architecture roadmaps, assessing emerging technologies, and ensuring alignment between business vision and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture Strategy & Roadmapping
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable technology initiatives.
2. Governance & Standards
  • Establish architecture principles, guardrails, and governance processes.
  • Conduct architecture reviews ensuring compliance and consistency across projects.
3. End-to-End Architecture Design
  • Build comprehensive enterprise architecture models including:
    • Business processes
    • Application interactions
    • Data flows
    • Infrastructure landscapes
  • Ensure interoperability, scalability, and reliability across systems.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements, validate design decisions, and secure alignment.
5. Emerging Technology Evaluation
  • Assess new tools, platforms, and architectural patterns.
  • Lead pilots/proof-of-concepts to determine feasibility and adoption strategies.
6. Technical Leadership & Oversight
  • Guide development and operations teams through implementation, integration, and testing.
  • Provide architectural direction throughout the SDLC.
7. Change Management
  • Drive transformation initiatives, manage architectural exceptions, and streamline transition to new systems.
8. Documentation & Deliverables
  • Maintain updated diagrams, models, standards, and conformance reports.
9. Performance Optimization
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
10. Security & Compliance
  • Integrate security controls, encryption, and regulatory requirements across all architectural layers.
11. Technical Debt Management
  • Evaluate legacy systems and create modernization or rationalization strategies.
12. Communication & Thought Leadership
  • Present architecture value, conduct workshops, and promote best practices.
13. Research & Innovation
  • Stay updated with modern architecture frameworks, tools, analytic methods, and industry trends.
