- Test dirty jars upon arrival from the field with supervision or after competence training.
- Drain jars, disassemble and tag parts with supervision or after competence training.
- Assemble Jars with supervision.
- Recognize faulty parts, and troubleshoot potential tool problems with supervision.
- Steam clean and wire brush all parts.
- Set torque springs with supervision.
- Fill tools with oil and pressure test with supervision.
- Test assembled jars with supervision.
- Paint and put jars in stock.
- Operate overhead crane after third party competence training.
- Maintain constant alertness for flaws in the parts and report problems to Shop Foreman or Jar Service Manager.

- Perform visual inspection with supervision.
- Maintain and encourage good housekeeping.
- Have a good understanding of Energy Services Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of ITS Energy Services.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Maintain shop and equipment, work in steam bay, paint tools and general shop duties.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
