RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Software Asset Management Analyst (Remote) in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Asset Management Analyst to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-level software asset management, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills. This role involves working with stakeholders to ensure seamless asset management processes and contributing to the transition from USU to Flexera.
Responsibilities:
* The Asset Management Analyst will manage and optimize enterprise-level software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and corporate policies
* Assist in the migration of software asset management tools from USU to Flexera, leveraging expertise to streamline the transition
* Analyze software usage data to identify trends, optimize costs, and recommend actionable improvements
* As a Asset Management Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide training or guidance as needed
* Generate and maintain accurate documentation and reports on software assets and usage metrics
* Monitor and resolve issues related to software compliance and asset discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience with Flexera
* Experience working in the telecommunications industry
* Familiarity with software license compliance and related regulatory requirements
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
* Proven experience in software asset management at an enterprise level
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency in software asset management tools, with experience in USU and/or Flexera
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
