Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Summary:

UX/UI Designers create engaging user experiences and interfaces for websites and applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research and analyze requirements.
  2. Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces.
  3. Collaborate with developers to implement designs.
  4. Ensure consistency of branding and design standards.
  5. Perform usability testing and iterate designs.
  6. Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
  7. Create design documentation and guidelines.
  8. Optimize designs for mobile and web platforms.
  9. Advocate for user-centered design decisions.
  10. Review and provide feedback on design work across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).

Preferred Skills/Duties:

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Experience with accessibility standards.
