Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Location: Austin- TX

Duration : 06 - Months / Hybrid

Position Overview:

• Seeking an experienced Software Developer 2 to support the implementation and integration of identity and access management solutions, primarily focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Okta Single Sign-On (SSO), and Microsoft Azure. The candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining secure identity and access services across the enterprise.

• The developer will work closely with architects, project managers, UX designers, and business/system analysts, supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile/Scrum environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IIQ workflows, policies, rules, connectors, and configurations.
• Integrate identity and access management solutions with third-party systems using APIs.
• Build and maintain APIs for access policies and access request services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide sprint deliverables, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Support SSO integrations using Okta and Azure technologies.
• Ensure security and compliance with organizational and state standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

Years Required / Preferred Skill/Experience

• 6 - Years Required Experience in solution delivery using Agile or Scrum methodologies
• 6 - Years Required Experience collaborating with technical and project stakeholders on SailPoint IIQ deployments
• 4 - Years Required Hands-on SailPoint IIQ development experience (rules, workflows, connectors, policies)
• 4 - Years Required Experience integrating Okta SSO with enterprise applications
• 4 - Years Required Experience developing APIs to support access policies and external application integration
• 2 - Years Preferred Prior experience working with Texas state agencies

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
