About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Appian Tech Lead / Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of Appian-based business process management (BPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Appian architecture, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on Appian development and architecture experience.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Appian SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
• Proven experience as Tech Lead or Solution Architect on large-scale Appian implementations.
• Expertise in Appian architecture, performance tuning, and deployment best practices.
• Proficient with Appian plug-ins, Appian RPA, Appian Data Fabric, and Appian Cloud/on-prem environments.
• Strong knowledge of BPM concepts, process optimization, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience integrating Appian with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Architect certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, or other supporting technologies is a plus.
• Previous experience working in financial services, insurance, or healthcare domains preferred.
