We are Hiring a Full Time Lead Pega Developer to join our highly skilled and motivated team on the latest Pega platform, applying sophisticated tech stack in an agile project delivery model.
The position is open to a Hybrid working model and can be located either in Bloomfield, CT, or Raleigh, NC.


Your future duties and responsibilities
Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 4-5 offshore developers.
Participate and Contribute to Agile Ceremonies
Applications development
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL.
Implement standard processes in PEGA architecture / design / coding.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
6 + years of Full Stack Engineering experience- Designing, developing, deploying & testing.
5+ years of Pega implementation experience
Experience crafting and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management).
Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rule sets design.
Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Certification Requirements: Pega Lead Certified System Architect (Part 1&2)(PCLSA).
