Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, Procedures, Shell script, Unix, Autosys
- Experience in automation and enterprise tools like Splunk, Sitescope
- Working knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes with strong production support mind-set
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective Communication Clear, Concise Ability to articulate Problem/Solution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
