Job Title: Avature Consultant / Avature Administrator

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Avature Consultant / Administrator with strong expertise in Avature Talent Acquisition modules to support and optimize recruiting workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of the Avature platform, strong understanding of TA processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, recruiters, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and support Avature TA workflows and modules.
  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Avature solutions.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, update system configurations, and manage ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using Avature reporting modules and Excel.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to identify system improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Support data integrations between Avature, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure effective system utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition systems / HR technology
  • Strong hands-on experience with Avature ATS
  • Avature Certification Level 3 or Level 4 (Certified in 2024 or later) Mandatory
  • Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition workflows and HR processes
  • Experience with HRIS tools and data integrations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

  1. Avature Level 3 or Level 4 Certification (2024+)

  • Experience supporting global TA teams
