RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Research Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze product data to refine catalog and website listings
* Product Rationalization: Assist in streamlining overlapping product lines by identifying redundancies and necessary optimizations
* Rebranding Support: Evaluate product branding requirements, including label modifications, color adjustments, and overall design consistency
* Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Marketing Communications teams to collect critical information and communicate changes
* Report Generation: Prepare reports and presentations illustrating findings with graphical data visualization and clear documentation
* Trend Identification: Analyze collected data to recognize patterns, trends, and actionable insights
* Project Coordination: Track data collection progress and ensure all updates align with optimization goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education or experience in engineering, product management, or a related field preferred
* Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is a plus
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
* Proficiency in Excel and data management tools
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
