Job Details

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of financial planning capabilities within Anaplan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Lead global finance planning systems implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project scopes, timelines, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Analyze business needs and document requirements to optimize operations across the value chain.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results and deadlines.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in finance and business analysis.
  • Proficient and certified in Anaplan with a strong understanding of financial planning processes.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with senior management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enabling business capabilities through technology solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Finance, Decision Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
