RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Customer Experience Performance Marketing Manager.
Summary:
Come join the GBSG Customer Experience Growth & Retention team as a Customer Experience Performance Marketing Manager responsible for digital acquisition and retention activities to support customer and business growth. We are looking for a customer obsessed manager to create new experiences that will use the power of our ecosystem of products and people-based services to drive growth for the business and add value to our customer experience. This manager will create and optimize digital marketing experiences to help customer segments utilize their QuickBooks product to its greatest potential and help prospects see how QuickBooks can help them grow their business. You will partner with other functions including Customer Success, Digital Experiences, Marketing, Sales, Expert Network Platform, Product Management, Content & Design and Analytics to ensure we offer the QuickBooks ecosystem value to customers to help them run and grow their business.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-6 years of Marketing, Product Marketing or Customer Success experience, including leading in a highly matrixed, cross-functional and fast-moving environment, developing product/service experiences and driving revenue & customer growth
* Experience in consumer segmentation, using design thinking and scientific methodologies to inform decision making; A/B testing experience is a mandatory
* Robust analytical skills with clear examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations
* Customer champion with a design mindset and demonstrated strengths in product management or experience design (ideally with SaaS, Self-Help, or CRM environment); Have led the creation of in-product and online experiences (from concept through production)
* Experience creating AI driven marketing campaigns is a plus
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
