Sentinel is seeking a Help Desk tech for one of its key partners. Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for problem-solving. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the go-to person for all day-to-day things IT. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, providing both on-site and remote support for a variety of equipment and user needs. This role is 100% onsite in Edwards, Co with occasional support onsite at neighboring locations.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience providing support for corporate computer systems and applications.
- Experience managing call ticketing system, prioritizing and resolving tickets in line with service level agreements.
- Ability to configure, image, and deploy Windows based desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices for users.
- Coordinate and partner with IT staff on short-term projects, including PC installations, printer setups, hardware/software upgrades, and cabling.
- Ability to commute to and support offsite locations as needed, including weekend and night shifts.
- Oversee daily computer operations, ensuring the completion of tasks such as midnight processing and daily logs.
- Document new procedures and update existing ones to maintain current and accurate records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation Range:
$20/hr-$28/hr
