Job Details
Lead QA efforts for Guidewire applications in P&C insurance projects. Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to ensure quality delivery using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand system requirements and develop comprehensive test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Validate complex business rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide accurate effort estimates and mentor junior QA team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and standards.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in Guidewire Insurance Suite testing (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance (Personal & Commercial Lines).
- Experience in Claims creation, FNOLs, Reserves, and payment transactions.
- Manual testing in Guidewire Cloud projects (upgrade or implementation).
- Guidewire Automation Testing experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, ADO, Rally, HP ALM).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, Agile, Guidewire Analyst Associate).
- Experience with Cypress Automation for UI testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to design and maintain Cypress test scripts for Guidewire applications.
