Description: We are looking for an Sr. APEX Salesforce Developer with 5+ years' experience who will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of our Salesforce CRM Platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions and integrations. You will work with a team of engineers, salesforce administrators, architects and business analysts and collaborate with our Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective and scalable solutions within the CRM.

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Areas of responsibility:
- Meet with IT and business leaders to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Manage new and existing APEX code changes, bug fixes and new development
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
- Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
- Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
- Proactively engage with salesforce architect(s) on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, salesforce releases, and practice development efforts.
- Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
- Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
- Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
- Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups
- Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis.
- Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework.
- 5+ years advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Experience with APIs, AI, DPE and integrations.
- Ability to quickly identify root cause and recommend solutions and required next steps
- Experience working on an Agile development team
- Experience with Oracle, Mulesoft, and other tools that interface with Salesforce environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as required
