Job Details

AGM Tech Solutions, we partner with high impact enterprise and mid size clients to solve complex challenges through top-tier IT Talent. Our Direct client is hiring:

Our Client is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join their product design team. In this role, you will focus on shaping the in-app content experience ensuring the right information appears at the right time to guide users through their tasks. Unlike visual designers, your craft is the words: clear, purposeful, user-centered content that works hand-in-hand with design to create intuitive digital experiences.

This is a senior-level role where you'll be expected to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding to content design practices. If you have a background in UX writing, content strategy, or enterprise-level product design, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do
  • Write and structure in-app product content (UX copy, microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, task guidance).

  • Partner closely with product designers, researchers, and product managers to shape end-to-end experiences.

  • Translate complex processes (finance, HR, healthcare, or other regulated industries) into user-friendly, task-oriented content.

  • Apply content strategy principles to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across products.

  • Contribute to content standards, guidelines, and governance.

  • Present and walk stakeholders through your portfolio and design process.

  • Participate in discovery through delivery, balancing user needs with business goals.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product content strategy (enterprise experience strongly preferred).

  • Portfolio that demonstrates in-app product content (not just marketing) with examples of discovery-to-delivery work.

  • Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, HR/payroll, etc.) is highly desirable.

  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working "tied at the hip with designers and cross-functional partners.

  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Background in technical writing with transition to UX content design is acceptable if portfolio shows recent product focus.

  • Bootcamp or certification in UX writing/design (e.g., Georgia Tech UX Bootcamp, Content Collective, Nielsen Norman Group) a plus.

  • Bonus: experience with conversational design, chat, or AI-driven interfaces (icing on the cake, not required).

Why Join
  • Be part of a growing content design practice that has a strong seat at the product design table.

  • Hybrid flexibility: 3 days onsite in, Alpharetta offices.

  • Opportunity to convert from contract to a full-time role with strong long-term career growth.

  • Collaborative team culture where portfolios are valued as much as resumes.
