Job Details

Job Summary Bilingual Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst Tier 1

- Monitor, analyze, and triage security alerts for real-time threat detection and escalation.
- Execute SOC/GSOC playbooks and adhere to established incident response workflows.
- Document incidents, investigations, and escalation actions thoroughly.
- Collaborate with global GSOC teams across the U.S., Japan, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Support daily cybersecurity operations using NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and GSOC-specific frameworks.
- Participate in Business Operations Transfer (BOT) model workflows for seamless handoffs.
- Communicate clearly with global stakeholders and cybersecurity teams.
- Work 100% onsite at either Harbourside, NJ or Tempe, AZ locations.
- Handle evening security operations for Japanese business units from U.S. time zones.
- Required to be bilingual (English and Japanese) and have prior SOC/GSOC analyst experience.
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Preferred experience in financial or regulated environments and familiarity with global follow-the-sun SOC models.
