Job Details

Qualifications & Skills:

<>Required:</>

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce program/project management, including large-scale implementations.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or PMI/PMP preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc.).

  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (ERP, CRM, marketing automation tools).

<>Preferred:</>

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, Copado, Gearset).

  • Knowledge of data migration, analytics, and AI tools (Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics).
