Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Design and analyze modular buildings, ensuring they meet all required building codes, standards, and regulations.
2. Utilize STAAD and other structural analysis software to perform complex calculations and simulations.
3. Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is carried out according to the design.
6. Provide technical advice and solutions to complex engineering problems.
7. Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT preferred.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, familiar with building permitting, and building codes
4. Proficiency in structural analysis software.
5. Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
8. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
