Senior AI/ML Engineer (Redmond, WA)
Join an elite team to optimize and scale cutting-edge AI/ML infrastructure for strategic enterprise applications, with a strong focus on LLMs and distributed training on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This is a 5-day onsite, W2 role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance, specialized ML solutions and reference architectures leveraging advanced infrastructure tools.
  • Write production-quality Python code (5+ years required) for system development and deployment automation.
  • Conduct in-depth performance profiling and debugging of complex distributed training/inference workloads, identifying and resolving system- and code-level bottlenecks (compute, networking, storage).
  • Triage and resolve critical production system issues through root cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with internal ML teams to optimize model performance and resource utilization.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience (data structures/algorithms).
  • Mandatory Google Cloud Platform proficiency (Compute, Storage, Kubernetes, Networking for ML deployment).
  • 2+ years of hands-on ML lifecycle experience (deployment, evaluation, optimization, distributed training/inference debugging).
  • 3+ years in ML performance profiling, large-scale distributed systems, or LLM optimization.
