We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Lead to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative IT projects and collaborate with diverse teams to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proactively manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including charters, requirements, and change requests.
- Conduct post-mortems to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Seven years of IT project management experience in various environments.
- PMP® Certification or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Infrastructure or Cybersecurity projects.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Clarity.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and direct vendor resources.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
