Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Lead to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative IT projects and collaborate with diverse teams to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Proactively manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including charters, requirements, and change requests.
  • Conduct post-mortems to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Seven years of IT project management experience in various environments.
  • PMP® Certification or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing Infrastructure or Cybersecurity projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Clarity.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and direct vendor resources.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
