Automation Portfolio Governance Lead

Skills:
- Define and operate the automation governance framework, including intake processes, prioritization models, and lifecycle controls.
- Manage the automation opportunity pipeline across departments and geographies, enabling demand triaging and capacity alignment.
- Standardize business case evaluation, value realization models, and delivery playbooks across Automation Anywhere and AI-powered tools.
- Track, review, and report on portfolio performance including pipeline velocity, deployment status, reusability index, and ROI metrics.
- Coordinate closely with IT, security, infrastructure, and tool vendor teams to ensure platform and deployment consistency.
- Oversee and maintain the automation inventory and version control across pilots, active deployments, and archived assets.
- Run periodic portfolio review meetings with business and technology stakeholders to monitor risks, unblock delivery, and realign priorities.
- Liaise with senior leaders to present dashboard insights, enable strategic automation decisions, and ensure traceability of benefits.
Key Deliverable: Own and maintain a centralized Automation Portfolio Dashboard and Executive Governance Report, ensuring transparency, strategic alignment, and value tracking across all automation initiatives.
