Job Description:
- Ideal candidates will bring proven experience within a Large/Global Financial Services organization Specifically with experience within but not limited to 3rd Party Supply Chain.
- Candidates should have a strong drive to contribute to the team success personality and fitting in with the established team is a major factor of consideration.
- Candidates must have proven experience to execute the work needed with the ability to execute on things.
- Candidates will be joining an established team working to integrate solutions in to existing workstreams through creating large process overview guidance, workstream projects or researching specific regulations that need accounting for.
- Resources should bring a brought experience but not one specific area of knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tracking and governance for international third-party cloud engagements.
- Analyze cloud engagement data, address data issues, and maintain tracking systems.
- Develop and manage tactical and strategic project plans with a project management mindset.
- Prepare project reporting, including status reports, meeting minutes, and C-suite presentations.
- Conduct regulatory gap summary analysis by theme, region, or country.
- Develop and contribute to newsletters or training materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Technical expertise in Excel VBA, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong organizational skills with a project management approach.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, and third-party processes.
- Ability to consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve multifaceted business execution challenges.
- Strong collaboration and consultation skills with client personnel
