Work Mode – Hybrid – 4 Days at Client Office
Duration – 6 Months
Mandatory Skills : Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management
15 Years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of Core HR Security Payroll Integration
- Aware of Oracle cloud ecosystem and interaction of its various components ie HCM OIC and FDI
- Should be well versed in requirment gathering document preparation and review testing and training
- Drive project deliverables and adhere to project timeline for submission
- Prepare functional specs Review Configure functional design
- Functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion validation
- Testing Experience to Perform testing and coridnate with users to perform testing
- Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
- Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
- Cordinate UAT testing woth business
- Documenting reporting all test results cross SIT DEV UAT
- Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
- Coordination with downstream system owners vendors for integration testing and impact analysis
- Drive EndtoEnd Integration testing
- Experience in with applying Oracle Quaterly Pacth updates with impact analysis
- Ability to drive functional design sessions related to new requirements and Oracle quaterly updates
- Leading and mentoring a team of Oracle consultants across HCM OIC and FDI
- Cordinate on various project activities with team and client
- Knowledge of implementation support project governanace preparing track level status report presenting to client
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
