Position Summary

The Print Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operations related to the Global print infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency across all managed print services. This role includes direct responsibility for the deployment, administration, and optimization of HP printers, as well as managing the lifecycle of print devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of HP Managed Print
  • Administer global HP managed print fleet, including monochrome and color utilization tracking.
  • Coordinate device placement, lease management, and end-of-life processing.
  • Collaborate with vendors (e.g., HP) for maintenance and reporting.
  • Coordinate outsourced print support teams and contingent workers during transitions or cutovers.
  • Provide technical standards, documentation, and training for print support teams.
  • Interface with ITSM systems for asset tracking and incident resolution.
  • Lead discovery and design efforts to consolidate and optimize printer models and footprint.
  • Support migrations and reduce stranded costs in legacy environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with HP Secure Print, HP Access Control, and enterprise print environments.
  • Excellent communication, vendor management, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM tools and asset lifecycle management
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement and SOW processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providers.
