Role: Program Manager with Cybersecurity
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity programs including IAM, cloud security, application security, vulnerability management, SOC, and data protection initiatives
- Drive end-to-end program delivery: scope definition, roadmap planning, execution, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with security architects and engineers to translate technical requirements into actionable program plans
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams (Security, IT, Cloud, DevOps, Legal, Compliance)
- Track and report program health, milestones, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership
- Ensure alignment with security frameworks and compliance requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.)
- Lead incident response readiness programs, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews
- Support third-party/vendor security initiatives and risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement in security processes, tooling, and governance
