Job Details
Title: Project Manager P&C / Insurance Domain
Location: Remote
Duration: FULL TIME
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery within the P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, or Rating).
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and manage risks/issues proactively.
- Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and industry best practices.
- Manage scope changes, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support post-implementation activities, user training, and performance tracking.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of overall experience with 3 5 years in Project Management.
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge, especially Property & Casualty (P&C) lines of business.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following systems: Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter), Duck Creek, Insurity, or similar platforms.
- Proven expertise managing Agile or Waterfall projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA, UAT).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
