Senior Java Developer

We are partnering with a customer of the Customs and Border Protection Agency who has a primary focus on targeting threats to our national security and implementing solutions. Looking for a Senior Backend Java Developer working with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and AWS. This position is remote hybrid with 2 days a week on-site in Ashburn, VA. Public trust required.

With the increase of travel in both people and capital, the need for Big Data solutions to ensure safety, is larger now than ever. Working directly with the CBP, you have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the safety of our nation. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience with Java
• Building Microservices/ API's using Spring framework
• Hibernate
• Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres
• SQL
• Containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)
• AWS
• Bachelor's degree in related field
