Global Mobility Specialist

Location: Austin, TX (must report onsite 3x a week)
Duration: 12-months with option to extend

THE ROLE
The role holder is responsible for case management of all our client employee moves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Client Global Mobility Program through:

Case management of employee moves which can be domestic, across country and Legal Entities. Track employee status for move in concert with key Client stakeholders such as Payroll, Benefits, Immigration and manage HR Transactions for moves.
Track all employee mobility in a centralized tracker and report out status weekly to Global Mobility Leader. Escalate issues quickly.
Participate in vendor reviews.
Train Talent Acquisition Recruiters on vendor mobility tool, support questions
Communicate with employees on status, answer questions.
Audit weekly vendor files of employee moves to ensure accuracy of information in vendor and HR systems.
Audit weekly invoices and prepare for leader approval before submitting to client Finance for payment. Triage and resolve billing issues with the vendor.
Contribute to creation of HR, Manager and employee frequently asked questions.
Keep HR Global Mobility site updated with latest vendor, program and legal information.
Provide information, guidance, and support to internal departments and external service providers.
Demonstrated operational expertise in providing high quality customer service as well as day to day administration execution

THE PERSON:
Looking for someone with global mobility or HR operations experience who can support a small team in a fast-paced environment. Key skills are:

Team player, critical thinker with strong analytical skills
Strong Global Mobility background
Experience working with Global Mobility processes, best practices, policies and metrics
Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships quickly
Know when empowered to make a decision, and when to escalate
Knowledge of HR tools, systems and processes and connections with stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated communication skills to collaborate with Manager, HR professionals, and vendors.
Ability to develop and grasp new processes quickly.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years experience supporting corporate relocation including tactical administration of country moves
Experienced case manager
Experience with MS Office Tools and HR systems and processes

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Under-graduate degree preferred.
