Job Description:
- The SharePoint and Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying innovative SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to support business needs.
- This role involves creating user-friendly digital experiences, building business process automations, integrating systems, and ensuring the performance and scalability of solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Maintain and enhance the agency s Microsoft Power Platform environments.
- Create technical designs, develop Power Platform Apps, and configure MS Dataverse.
- Develop business process automations using Power Automate and other platform tools.
- Extend platform capabilities and improve the user experience through custom development.
- Build and manage integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital assets.
- Create new features and functions, ensuring high performance and optimal user experience.
- Manage all technical aspects of the Content Management System (CMS).
- Apply UX/UI design best practices to improve digital assets and web properties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform services and understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Knowledge of authentication, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform.
- Development experience with JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft 365 (M365).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
- Ability to create detailed technical and functional documentation for implemented systems.
- Experience developing user training programs for new system implementations.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external business partners across all management levels.
