Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The role involves customizing workflows, building automation, and ensuring smooth platform functionality while supporting ITIL-based processes.

Type : Remote - Contract
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (primarily ITSM; ITOM, HRSD, CSM a plus).
Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation to streamline IT service processes.
Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Develop and troubleshoot scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and UI components.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
Develop SQL scripts and generate custom reports from database tables and views.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and UI development on ServiceNow.
Working knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations.
Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation.
Experience writing SQL scripts for reporting.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM, CAD, etc.).
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
