Job Title: Infrastructure / Cloud Solutions Architect

Location: Norfolk, VA

Contract Pay Rate: $78.00 - $88.00 / Hourly

*** REQUIREMENTS ***

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • AWS certification, Windows, or RHEL certification
  • Experience with hosting naval maintenance systems or similar complex DoD programs
  • SAFe Agilist, Architect, or similar SAFe certification
  • Experience in designing architectures that span multiple operating systems and technology platforms
  • Knowledge of relevant DoD and Navy standards for enterprise architecture and system interoperability
  • Familiarity with DoD architectural frameworks such as DoDAF
  • Experience with Some form of Systems / Infrastructure / IaC / Cloud or Similar Architecture
  • Extensive Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and practices, particularly in managing complex, global IT systems
  • ITILv4 certification HIGHLY desired


About the Role:

  • Provide technical leadership for specifying, designing, implementing, testing, accrediting, deploying, and sustaining enterprise system and service architectures in a distributed, net-centric environment
  • Lead system architects and engineers in decomposing enterprise architecture into system components and services for analysis, design, implementation, testing, accreditation, deployment, and sustainment
