Job Details

Requirements:
  • 7 or more years of experience managing large-scale technical initiatives.
  • Proficiency in enterprise solution implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with budgeting, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and vendor engagements.
  • Experience with problem-solving and organizational skills in complex environments.
  • Experience with project planning, execution, and driving quick results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.
  • Serve as the primary Project Manager for the ECM initiative.
  • Obtain subject matter expertise in case management across agencies.
  • Collaborate with and guide other program Project Managers.
  • Establish plans for onboarding program offices to the new ECM platform.
  • Define strategies for decommissioning existing systems post-onboarding.
  • Communicate project status to executive leadership and stakeholders.
