Engineering Manager
Location: Onsite in Katy, TX
Duration: FTE - Direct Hire
Salary Range: $150-160K plus 15% bonus and $5K in relo

As our Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital landscape. You'll work closely with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create and execute digital strategies that align with our overall business goals. This role is about 70% management and 30% hands on.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in software development across multiple platforms especially including ecommerce/transactional site and applications across a range of devices
- Capable of collaborative iteration in a fast-paced environment with short product life cycles
- Experience with responsive website design and development, including cross and back browser usability
- Expertise in web applications and programming languages including HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and API
