Description
Experience in Information Technology recruitment is required.
Strong skills in spreadsheet software and organizational abilities are essential.
Advisory expertise in client consultation is a must.
Recruit for various IT and advanced roles including engineering, architecture, and data science.
Collaborate with technology leaders to understand role requirements.
Source candidates proactively using various tools and platforms.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit for a wide range of IT and advanced roles.
Collaborate closely with tech leaders to understand the needs of each role.
Proactively source and identify candidates using various platforms.
Manage the entire recruitment process including posting, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications
7 years of experience in Information Technology recruitment.
Experience recruiting for advanced technical positions in machine learning, natural language processing, or data science.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing and familiarity with professional networking platforms.
Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
