We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division. This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework. The successful candidate will be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Team Formation & Leadership
- Stand up and establish new Scrum teams from the ground up
- Serve as both player and coach, actively participating while guiding team development
- Lead teams through the cultural shift from waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and mindset
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team productivity
- Coach Product Owners on backlog management and story writing
- Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Champion the adoption of Agile practices across Capital Markets teams
- Support the transition from traditional project management to product-focused delivery
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices
- Help establish Agile metrics and reporting frameworks
- Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to coordinate multiple teams
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) activities and dependencies management
- Contribute to the establishment of SAFe governance and practices
