Position: Test Program Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
day 1 on site
Test Manager s Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end test program management across multiple functional and non-functional test teams (System, Integration, Regression, UAT, Performance, etc.)
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with the overall program roadmap.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure test deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor test progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality outcomes.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings, test status reviews, and readiness checkpoints.
- Consolidate and create executive-level test summary reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment of test activities with business and technical requirements, including traceability and coverage metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test practices, tools, and reporting.
- Collaborate with PMO, development teams, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test objectives are met.
