JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL ANALYST (PHARMA INDUSTRY)

JOB DURATION: 12+ MONTHS


JOB LOCATION: REMOTE, ALTHOUGH UPPER GWENNYED PA OR BRANCHBURG NJ HYBRID PREFERRED

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data related to pharmaceutical processes, product development, and clinical trials.
    2. Generate detailed reports and visualizations to support decision-making and present findings to stakeholders.
  2. System and Software Management:
    1. Manage and maintain technical systems and software applications used in pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing.
    2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within these systems.
  3. Technical Support:
    1. Drive Projects and Scrum Mtgs.
    2. Provide technical support to various departments, including R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new technologies and systems.
  4. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within pharmaceutical operations through data analysis and technical assessments.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  5. Regulatory Compliance:
    1. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in all technical and data-related activities.
    2. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation for regulatory submissions.
  6. Project Management:
    1. Participate in and support technical projects, including the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
    2. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  7. Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Work closely with scientists, engineers, and other technical personnel to understand their needs and provide technical insights.
    2. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a technical analyst or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  4. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
  5. Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  8. Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
