Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Oakland County, Michigan
Duration: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Prepare, release, and manage RFPs and related contract/scope development.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, and implementation of vendor solutions.
• Manage project resources, timelines, risks, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to meet critical deadlines.
• Use Agile methodologies to plan sprints, manage backlogs, and track progress.
• Identify and define the technical approach and development process for assigned projects.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting of status updates and milestones.
• Facilitate team meetings and stakeholder communications; advocate for change and project value.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for existing application

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of Agile project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale platform modernization projects.
• Experience in managing RFP processes, contracts, application development, COTS integration, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong understanding of web applications, content management systems (CMS), APIs, databases, and system design.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consensus-building abilities.
