Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Consultant Telecom OSS/BSS

Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience to work in the Telecom OSS/BSS domain, focusing on ServiceNow Service Portal and Incident Management. The role involves acting as a Scrum Master / Incident Manager, supporting production issues, and delivering ServiceNow portal solutions in an Agile environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • ServiceNow Service Portal

  • Incident Management

  • Agile / Scrum, JIRA

  • JavaScript

  • Strong communication & stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and implement ServiceNow Service Portal solutions

  • Lead incident management and production support activities

  • Participate in troubleshooting and solution design discussions

  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and vendor coordination

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years overall IT experience

  • Telecom OSS/BSS experience preferred
